JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for making sure all staff members receive high-quality patient care that aligns with both professional guidelines and company policies. Also supports the organization in meeting Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate employees' healthcare needs, administer appropriate first aid and medications, and follow proper infection control practices.
  • Assess returning employees to determine if they are fit to resume their job responsibilities.
  • Perform routine checks of work areas to verify they meet safety standards.
  • Communicate any identified health or safety risks to the HR Manager and take steps to address and correct them.
  • Offer employees guidance on managing health conditions and preventing future issues to help maintain a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.
  • Act as the designated expert for all matters involving compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
  • Complete and submit incident reports—detailing the employee's condition and all actions taken—before the end of each shift to the individual's Immediate Supervisor.
  • Review and explain the results of employees' Annual Physical Exams (APE) as well as pre-employment medical evaluations for job applicants.
  • Create and submit medical updates, status reports, and other healthcare utilization records.
  • Work closely with the Benefits Department to prepare Payment Request Forms for HMO and health insurance–related invoices.
  • Plan and execute health, wellness, safety, and illness-prevention programs throughout the year.
  • Maintain adequate stock of essential medications and clinical supplies.
  • Participate in DOLE-required compliance activities related to OSHA and OHNAP.
  • Take part in training sessions, development initiatives, and other company-led programs and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Nursing and a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • At least 1 year of experience in practice nursing or primary healthcare, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Background in DOLE-OSH and DOLE-OHNAP is required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
