Stock Management and Product Handling

  • Initiate monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory with retail partners and warehouses
  • Oversee in inbounding of stocks ensuring correct inventory vs. packing list
  • Oversee retailer deliveries
  • Resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and product quality
  • Prepare transfer orders for any approved stock movement
  • Ensure and closely monitor stock level in retailer stores and their corresponding digital platforms.
  • Initiate repeat orders, stock replenishment, mark downs, movement of stocks.
  • Coordinate the execution of merchandising plans across multiple product categories and stores/retailers

-At least 2 years experience, preferably, with the same scope of work or industry

-Willing to be on field work 80% of the time

A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records

-Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers
