Stock Management and Product Handling

  • Initiate monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory count with retail partners and warehouses
  • Oversee in inbounding of stocks ensuring correct inventory vs. packing list
  • Oversee retailer deliveries and assist in deliveries
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and product quality

Retailer Management

  • Prepare transfer orders for any approved stock movement vis a vis available warehouse inventory
  • Ensure and closely monitor stock level in retailer stores and their corresponding digital platforms. Initiate repeat orders, stock replenishment, mark downs, movement of stocks
  • Recommend items for pull-out, for clearance sale, and the like
  • Coordinate the execution of merchandising plans across multiple product categories and stores/retailers
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to facilitate product replenishment, inventory count and quality control
  • Conduct store visits to ensure product displays are consistent with brand and store display guidelines. Ensure all promotional materials, signage, and in-store displays are accurately executed are maintained according to the merchandising plan/guideline

Administrative Work

  • Prepare inventory reports
  • Booking lalamove and transportify for deliveries
  • Maintaining softcopy and hardcopy files of inventory counts, deliveries and pull-outs through a filing system
  • Other administrative tasks as required by the position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Merchandising or any other related field
  • At least 2 years experience, preferably, with the same scope of work or industry
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
