About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pay Per Click Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and involves managing and optimizing our clients' paid advertising campaigns across leading platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategic PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales for our clients
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify the most relevant and cost-effective keywords
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive digital strategy

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • No prior experience required
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
  • Basic knowledge of Google, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram ads is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and general web navigation
  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills to present campaign performance to client
