Job Responsibilities:

  • Take a hands-on approach in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs to maintain a positive culture and high employee engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and HRIS data.
  • Drive process improvements and implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with local and global HR teams and other business functions to support overall business growth.
  • Provide expertise in high-volume recruitment, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and employee engagement.
  • Manage the local HR team to align with operational priorities and actively participate in day-to-day HR activities.
  • Deliver strong presentations and coaching to support management and leadership development initiatives.
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining open communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to offer strategic guidance on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing HR team through KPIs, development plans, and quality monitoring.
  • Ensure consultation processes are conducted correctly and within deadlines.
  • Manage complex cross-functional HR projects.
  • Build strong business relationships with department heads.
  • Identify gaps and implement changes to mitigate potential risks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR management.
  • Proven ability to work under strict deadlines in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee groups is considered an asset.
