We're hiring an E-Commerce Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of our e-commerce platform.

You will work closely with product, development, and support teams to improve features, resolve issues, and ensure smooth user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the e-commerce platform lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch
  • Document user stories, processes, and product requirements
  • Prioritize and manage backlog items based on customer impact
  • Coordinate with developers, support staff, and customers to resolve issues quickly
  • Conduct training sessions and create support materials
  • Track product performance and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with customer support or platform operations
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
