Learning and Development Officer

Makati City and Parañaque City | Full-time

About the Role

You will lead the execution of learning and development programs that strengthen employee capability and organizational performance. You will work under the technical direction of the Learning and Organizational Development Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of training and development programs.
  • Conduct company-wide training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, venues, resources, and participant communication.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Track employee participation, monitor progress, conduct post-training evaluations, and recommend improvements.
  • Support talent development initiatives such as individual development plans, leadership programs, and competency development.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Use digital tools like Canva to enhance learning materials and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR on succession planning, performance management, and organizational readiness.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal policies and the Data Privacy Act.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development.
