Job Description:

  • Inspects units (residential, parking slot, storage, retail/commercial) that are endorsed by the Construction and Development Group (CDG) to confirm that they are complete based on their standard or approved deliverable and specifications
  • Checks the quality of the unit, based on the approved plans and specifications and confirms if they are ready for turnover to the respective buyers
  • Performs punch listing of units, if necessary and coordinates with the Construction and Development Group for the prompt completion rectification works
  • Conducts joint inspection with the buyers on the scheduled date and time specified in the Notice of Turnover
  • Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Department Manager and/or Turnover Supervisor
