Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for basic IT concerns (password resets, login issues, hardware checks).
- Log and update tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Assist with setup of laptops, user accounts, and office equipment.
- Perform simple troubleshooting for computers, printers, and network connectivity.
- Support inventory tracking of IT devices and accessories.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course (or currently pursuing).
- At least 1 year relevant experience as helpdesk assistant
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to learn and can follow instructions well.
