Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for basic IT concerns (password resets, login issues, hardware checks).
  • Log and update tickets in the helpdesk system.
  • Assist with setup of laptops, user accounts, and office equipment.
  • Perform simple troubleshooting for computers, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Support inventory tracking of IT devices and accessories.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course (or currently pursuing).
  • At least 1 year relevant experience as helpdesk assistant
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to learn and can follow instructions well.
