Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Metro Manila - Fully Remote. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing leads, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely follow-ups. The role involves effective communication to build and maintain relationships with potential clients while maintaining an organized appointment schedule. Additionally, the Appointment Setter will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Experience in Lead Generation and understanding of sales pipelines
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and other scheduling software
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus
