Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to reach out to leads through Apollo, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in cold calling or appointment setting, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads sourced from Apollo
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with decision-makers
  • Perform follow-ups through phone, email, and CRM messaging
  • Update and maintain lead information inside Zoho and other CRM tools
  • Send email outreach campaigns and maintain activity logs
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, contact rate, and appointments booked
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting
  • Experience in the electronics distribution or manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Apollo, Zoho, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confident, persistent, organized, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet
  • Applicants must be based in the Philippines (required)
