What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all restaurant equipment, machinery, and facilities

  • Identify and address any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize disruptions

  • Carry out minor repairs, such as fixing plumbing problems, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining the HVAC system

  • Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant premises

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report on the status of equipment and facilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
