  • Coordinates with project manager and makes sure that schedules are followed.
  • Helps source out/schedules delivery of OSM materials (quantity surveyor/quality assurance/quality control engineer)
  • Helps identify yearly renovation/s (scope & budget); helps BGF with preventive maintenance scheduling
  • Does roving for building inspection
  • Checks progress billing

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1 year work experience as a Project Engineer
  • With knowledge in quantity surveying, project supervision, costing, reports, & AUTOCADS
  • Has good interpersonal, leadership, & decision making skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Flexible to work schedules & work locations
  • Must be willing to travel by commuting
  • Willing to work in different campus (Manila and Silang, Cavite)
