Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

● Cross-Departmental Oversight: Provide technical direction and standards for the Web, Custom Software, and Mobile App departments.

● Project Governance: Lead the technical discovery phase for major projects, defining the tech stack, data structures, and integration points.

● Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish "Best Practice" documentation to ensure maintainability and performance.

2. Infrastructure & Hosting Management

● Server Administration: Manage and maintain cloud or on-premise servers (AWS, Digital Ocean, GCP, or Linux/Unix environments).

● DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and optimize automated deployment pipelines to streamline releases across all departments.

● Security & Compliance: Oversee SSL management, firewall configurations, and data encryption standards to protect client and company assets.

3. Departmental Support & Mentorship

● Web Development: Support teams building complex CMS integrations, e-commerce platforms, and high-traffic portals.

● Custom Software: Guide the development of bespoke APIs, microservices, and enterprise-level desktop or web applications.

● Mobile Development: Assist mobile teams in optimizing backend connectivity, offline synchronization, and app store deployment processes. 1. Technical Requirements Development & Architecture

● Full-Stack Mastery: Proficiency in at least two major backend languages (e.g., , Python, PHP, or Java) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).

● Mobile Ecosystems: Deep understanding of mobile development lifecycles, including cross-platform tools (e.g., Flutter, React Native) and native deployment (App Store/Google Play).

● API & Integration: Expert knowledge in designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and third-party integrations (Payment gateways, CRM, ERP).

● Database Management: Proficiency in both Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, including schema design and query optimization. Infrastructure & DevOps

● Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience managing and scaling environments on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Digital Ocean (Droplets, Kubernetes), or GCP.

● Linux/Unix Administration: Advanced command-line skills for server configuration, shell scripting, and security hardening.

● CI/CD & Automation: Experience building automated pipelines using tools like GitHub. Security & Performance

● Security Protocols: Practical knowledge of SSL/TLS, OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.

Professional Qualifications Category Requirement

Experience - 3+ years in professional software development, with at least 2–3 years in a Lead or Senior Architectural role.

Education -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

Project History -Proven track record of leading "Major Projects" (e.g., high-traffic web portals or enterprise-grade custom software).

Leadership -Demonstrated experience in mentoring developers and conducting objective, constructive code reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
