About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer, ECE, you will play a crucial role within Radtelcom Technologies Corporation, a leading provider of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions. In this full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to our valued customers, ensuring the seamless operation of our electrical and electronic engineering products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter with our electrical and electronic engineering solutions
  • Conducting thorough analysis of customer problems and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies to identify and rectify the root causes
  • Documenting and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions for future reference and continuous process improvement
  • Collaborating with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights that contribute to the enhancement of our products and services
  • Participating in the development and delivery of training programs to educate customers on the proper usage and maintenance of our electrical and electronic engineering solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the provision of cutting-edge support to our customers

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role within the electrical and electronic engineering industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software relevant to the electrical and electronic engineering industry
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
