About the Role

We are seeking an Odoo Developer with prior experience in implementing and configuring Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of supporting our team in delivering efficient business solutions through Odoo. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work while requiring occasional in-person meetings with our team or clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client requirements.

* Support implementation of Odoo solutions for different business functions (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR).

* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into Odoo setups.

* Provide troubleshooting, testing, and user support to ensure smooth system performance.

* Prepare documentation of workflows, configurations, and processes.

* Attend meetings on-site as needed to coordinate with the team or clients.

Qualifications

* At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (implementation, configuration, or customization).

* Familiarity with Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, or HR.

* Understanding of ERP workflows and general business processes.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination.

* Knowledge of Python or Odoo development tools is a plus but not required.
