About the role

Obanana Corp is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team in Makati City. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Odoo solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is a full-time position and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze client requirements and design robust, scalable Odoo solutions to address their needs
  • Develop and customize Odoo modules, workflows, and integrations to enhance the functionality of our clients' Odoo platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of Odoo solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Odoo systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices, and apply them to improve our solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Odoo development processes and practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Odoo development, including knowledge of Odoo's core components, modules, and customization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in Odoo development
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with innovative solutions
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends
