DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Record, review, and post journal entries in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial schedules.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide supporting documents and schedules for audits.
  • Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial data.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Deadline driven and can manage a team
  • Highly analytical and with good sense of customer service
  • Knowledge in SAP

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • CPA is a MUST
  • With a background in the Distribution and Logistics Industry
  • With at least 8 years of extensive and related experience handling Financial Management

Work Setup:


On-site, Full-Time

Compressed Work Week:

Monday 8am-7pm

Tuesday to Friday 8am-6.30pm


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
