JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for creating and revising technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, proposals, or articles for the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans, develops, organizes, writes, and edits operational procedures and manuals
  • Researches, develops, and documents technical design specifications
  • Produces electronic documentation
  • Maintains a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Manages updates and revisions to technical literature
  • Determines the type of publication
  • Plans writing processes and sets timelines
  • Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate of English, Business Course, IT, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience - technical writing
  • Portfolio or sample work link should be attached
