About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Staff to join our manufacturing team at THINKERBOX ENTERPRISE' in Katipunan, Quezon City. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in our day-to-day operations and the production of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing processes
  • Assemble components and parts according to specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor and report on production metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
