  • Assist in Quality Monitoring:
  • Perform basic quality checks during various stages of production.
  • Monitor product specifications and report any deviations to the QA team.
  • Ensure Compliance with Standards:
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene, and safety protocols on the production floor.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs and work instructions related to product quality.
  • Support Documentation and Traceability:
  • Record production data accurately (e.g., batch numbers, inspection logs, temperature readings).
  • Ensure all records are complete and compliant with QA requirements.
  • Report Non-Conformances:
  • Identify and report quality issues or irregularities during production.
  • Support QA investigations by providing relevant production data and observations.
  • Participate in QA-Driven Activities:
  • Assist during internal audits, product sampling, or testing under the guidance of QA personnel.
  • Help implement corrective and preventive actions on the production line when instructed.
  • Maintain Workplace Cleanliness:
  • Keep work areas clean and organized according to 5S or GMP standards.
  • Prevent contamination by ensuring personal hygiene and safe material handling.
  • Coordinate with QA and Production Teams:
  • Serve as a bridge between the production team and QA personnel for quality-related matters.
  • Respond promptly to QA instructions and assist in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Technology, Chemistry, or any QA-related course.
  • Experience:
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Basic understanding of quality control concepts (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO standards).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with a responsible and safety-conscious attitude.
