Job Description:

Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are processed, packed, and delivered according to company standards. The role involves operating machines, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness in the production area, and supporting the team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production processes such as weighing, mixing, packing, or labeling of products
  • Operate and maintain basic production equipment safely
  • Ensure quality standards are met during production activities
  • Follow company policies, safety rules, and good manufacturing practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or College Level
  • With or without experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage)
  • Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Hardworking, responsible, and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Php795.00 per day
