About the role

Are you passionate about the food manufacturing industry and keen to be part of an exciting, dynamic team? Cloud Soft Treats, a leading producer of cold desserts, is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our commissary in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our production processes

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
  • Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on machinery
  • Assist with the set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines
  • Ensure production targets are met by working closely with the planning and scheduling team
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and quality control protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues quickly
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
