Part-Time Product Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (must be available during part of US working hours)

AI Front Desk is a fast-growing, founder-funded AI startup building agents that help small businesses and franchises manage leads, sales, and operations more efficiently. We're looking for a part-time Product Marketing Manager who understands how to talk about and market AI products with both clarity and creativity.

Role Overview

  • We're seeking an experienced, technically fluent Product Marketing Manager to support our go-to-market initiatives.
  • You will work closely with our CEO, Head of Product, Head of Sales, and Customer Success team to craft compelling narratives around our products, ensure successful launches, and create engaging content for both customers and prospects.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, works independently, and can quickly turn ideas into high-quality marketing assets. Our team operates with a high degree of independence and autonomy, so you'll have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end and make a direct impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support product launches with positioning, messaging, and sales materials
  • Assist in planning and executing webinars and other live/virtual events
  • Manage and update content on our website (WordPress knowledge a plus)
  • Create and refine sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Manage social media content and engagement
  • Contribute to email campaigns, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces
  • Develop and support demo videos to showcase product capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with product and customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products
  • Strong technical understanding — ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, compelling terms
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup setting with shifting priorities
  • Experience updating (not building) WordPress sites is a plus
  • Ability to flex hours weekly depending on workload (up to 20 hours max)
  • Availability during part of US working hours for meetings, especially during onboarding

Pay: Php Php700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
