About the role

BARE MANILA is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our café. What you'll be doing

  • Preparing high-quality espresso-based beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company standards
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new menu items and seasonal offerings
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations and a smooth workflow

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar Barista or customer service role
  • A passion for coffee and the ability to craft high-quality espresso-based beverages
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
