Job description:

The Marketing Associate collaborates and directly works with the Marketing Manager in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build the brand and ensure positive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

Overall, the Associate is expected to help establish the brand in the market and maintain its position through different tactics across various online and offline channels.

Key Function Areas:

  • General Brand Management and Quality Control
  • Digital Marketing (including, but not limited to, Social Media Management)
  • Sales Campaign Management
  • PR Activation
  • Local Community Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Audit and update brand assets including website, social media channels, online marketplaces, and store visual merchandising
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences & behavior, competitor insights, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate in product conceptualization, campaign ideation, and execution that will boost brand visibility, product discoverability, and customer conversion and retention
  • Participate in organizing promotional activities such as product/service launches, new store openings, sales promotions, and mall events
  • Manage social media through effective social listening and community engagement
  • Create relevant content aligned with the brand for each marketing channel
  • Liaise between the company and suppliers such as printers, mall administration, and commissioned freelancers
  • Create plans for assigned projects and campaigns
  • Measure KPIs and report to the Manager for the performance of assigned campaigns and provide status updates for handled projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or similar courses (Fresh graduates are welcome.)
  • Updated on online and offline marketing trends for fashion and lifestyle trends
  • Social media savvy and has basic know-how on features such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Interest in fashion and beauty is a plus
  • Strong copywriting skills with the flexibility to adapt to various platforms
  • Articulate verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute plans
  • Experience in online tools such as Google Suite, Meta Creator Studio (formerly Facebook Creator Studio), Canva, and photo-editing tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Basic knowledge and skills in design, photoshop, and photography (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize efficiently
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to handle projects simultaneously
  • Willing to work in Katipunan, Quezon City area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
