BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Commercial Finance Staff support the finance and commercial teams in daily financial activities by providing financial analysis, budgeting and performance reporting. This role helps ensure profitable growth through accurate financial analysis, proper cost monitoring and control and commercial decision support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in preparing sales, revenue, and cost reports

· Support basic financial analysis on sales performance and margins

· Help maintain pricing and cost data

· Assist in budget tracking and simple forecasting tasks

· Support month-end reporting and data reconciliation

· Prepare basic Excel reports and summaries

· Coordinate with sales and finance and other pertinent teams for data collection

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

· Perform administrative and ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.

· Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

· Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· With good communication, presentation and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.

· Strong willingness to learn and develop commercial finance skills.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
