**The Opportunity

We are looking for highly motivated Project Managers to join our dedicated team in Manila. The successful candidate will be part of a highly successful international banking solution provider, where they will be expected to take ownership in their role, work autonomously, handling multiple priorities and stakeholders within tight deadlines.  Growth opportunities are offered to top performers.**

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Possession of relevant IT Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Professional Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in Agile Methodologies and managing the full Development Life Cycle is required.
  • Banking Automation/Domain experience is strongly preferred and will be a significant advantage.

  • Close attention to detail in all deliverables.
  • Confidence in working with minimal to no supervision.

· Ability to expertly handle multiple priorities and stakeholders within tight deadlines.

· Proficiency in English communication and writing is required

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the project team & stakeholders at the client site and manage customer expectations
  • Work closely with the project delivery team to deliver world-class banking software solutions
  • Participate in business and functional requirements discussions, document, analyze, and formalize the requirements
  • Manage project timeline, cost, and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage changes, releases, documentation, training, and other SDLC-related areas.
