We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful digital transformation and integration projects, leveraging a build-deploy-run approach. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a Project Manager who is initiative-driven, possesses exceptional stakeholder management skills, and demonstrates strong communication capabilities to effectively lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive and realistic project plans encompassing scope definition, clear timelines, efficient resource allocation, robust budgeting, and proactive risk management.
  • Schedule/Time Management: Ensure the timely completion of projects by establishing realistic milestones, diligently tracking progress, and proactively adjusting schedules as needed to overcome challenges.
  • Execution Management: Oversee all facets of project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan while rigorously maintaining quality standards and proactively addressing any deviations.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Assessment/Mitigation: Take initiative to identify potential project risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact and ensure project continuity.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Effectively engage and align diverse teams, including technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Drive clear and concise communication across all project phases, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Proactively drive discussions to ensure project momentum and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Technical Oversight & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet both functional and technical requirements. Provide guidance and support on technology selection, implementation, and integration aspects of the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet pre-defined quality standards and adhere to relevant compliance requirements. Conduct thorough

quality reviews and audits to identify and rectify any defects or areas for improvement.

Technical Skills:

  • Know-how and practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts related to digital transformation, finance, and integration projects (e.g., cloud computing, data analytics, APIs).
  • Experience in generating comprehensive project reports, including weekly status updates, burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status reports.
  • Data integration and migration

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Project Management, with a focus on digital transformation, finance, or integration projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects involving multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
