Job description

The LEASING ASSOCIATEis responsible for:

  • Leasing office spaces to prospective tenants in a commercial real estate environment.
  • This role involves managing inquiries, conducting property tours, assisting with lease negotiations, ensuring lease compliance, and supporting the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Plays a key role in achieving leasing goals and providing exceptional customer service to both prospective and current tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and property details.
  • Prepare reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in office leasing, commercial real estate, or property management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of office leasing processes, including contract negotiation, pricing, and tenant relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in UPTOWN BONIFACIO, TAGUIG CITY.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness To Do Field Work: This role requires field visits to properties, so the candidate should be willing and able to perform on-site duties as needed.
  • No Commission or Quota: The position does not involve sales quotas or commission-based compensation. The focus is on operational excellence and leasing management.
  • Regularization: The role is a full-time, regularized position after the probationary period, offering long-term career stability.
