Job Description:

Responsible for administrative, legal & operational support, franchise agreement monitoring, customer care assistance, system updates, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and smooth franchise operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a franchise, legal/compliance, or operational environment.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and maintaining compliance for contractual agreements (e.g., franchise agreements) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and document creation. Familiarity with CRM or Franchise Management Software is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Crucial for ensuring documentation and system updates are accurate.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate operational issues and propose timely solutions.
  • Independent Worker: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload with minimal supervision.
