What you'll be doing
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and coordinating with various departments
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the company's records and filing systems
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Participating in the planning and execution of office-related events and activities
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of more efficient administrative practices
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the company's needs
