Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Manager is the overall lead for the integrated marketing communications support for the organization that oversees Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce, Public Relations and social media marketing team/s. This person keeps the whole marketing communications team motivated and encourages creativity and innovation throughout the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Manage, lead and motivates the Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce and Public Relations and social media marketing team
  • Weekly team alignment and daily checking of teams work plans
  • Ensure all materials posted have correct prices and are available in the mentioned account.
  • Identify and aligns with the Brand team what products to highlight in social media assets
  • Check and provide revisions to improve artworks and make sure they are within specification

Stakeholder Management

  • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product development and the brand managers to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximized.
  • Works with different marketing agencies to ensure out of box executions and market relevance.
  • Create communication, marketing strategies and does end-to-end events for all brands launches or programs.
  • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordination with high profile vloggers and endorsers.
  • Manage celebrity endorsers and sustain partnerships with different stakeholders.

Sales Support

  • Create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects in online, offline and trade executions.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, company awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate influencer marketing plan and to make sure all products that need attention are covered
  • Analyze of monthly social media report together with Social Media Specialist / Manager

Campaign Management

  • Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns and creates the marketing calendar to generate demand and eventually convert to sales. Campaigns include digital, in-store, online and offline

Content Marketing

  • Manages the creation of different assets and contents in E-commerce, Digital and Trade Marketing aligned with the strategy and directions of Group Brand Managers and creates the content plan for the brand.
  • Creates informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials aligned with the Group Brand Managers

Marketing Analysis

  • Analyzes and reports on traffic, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth. Supervise projects to guarantee all content matches the brand identity and target market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, journalism, public relations or any relevant field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in creating integrated marketing communication plans in achieving commercial objectives
  • Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels
  • Excellent understanding of the Philippine beauty market
  • Understands and knows how to do media buying, SEO and SEM expert.
