Overview
The Team Leader will serve as the operational backbone of the Ads team, ensuring productivity, alignment, and smooth collaboration across Creative, Campaign Builder, and Instrumentation roles. This role requires not only people leadership but also advanced expertise in digital ad operations to guide the team, solve complex issues, and act as the primary point of escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day team operations, task allocation, and scheduling.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical or operational questions across creative, campaign building, and instrumentation.
- Partner closely with the QA to integrate feedback and coaching into the workflow.
- Monitor KPIs (quality, throughput, deadlines) and provide weekly reporting to leadership.
- Ensure campaigns are launched error-free, creatives align with platform requirements, and tracking is implemented correctly.
- Mentor team members, offering both professional development and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with MEGA leadership on strategy, resourcing, and continuous process optimization.
- Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and implement improvements to keep the team running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing operations.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a digital ads team.
- Strong cross-functional expertise in ad creative, campaign setup, and tracking instrumentation.
- Advanced knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms) and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM integrations).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance operational oversight with hands-on involvement when needed.
