We're expanding our digital reach — and we're looking for a 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 who can own and execute our 
Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, and SEM
 strategies. This is a hands-on, results-driven role perfect for someone who can independently build campaigns that generate leads and measurable ROI.

What you'll do

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize 
    Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads
     to drive qualified leads.
  • Manage 
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
     to attract global BPO clients.
  • Oversee 
    SEO & SEM
     activities — keyword research, content optimization, and backlinking.
  • Monitor analytics through 
    GA4
    , 
    Google Tag Manager
    , and 
    Meta Business Suite
     to improve conversion rates.
  • Plan and test landing pages, creatives, and ad copy to increase engagement and lead quality.
  • Implement 
    retargeting and lookalike campaigns
     for better ad efficiency.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with key performance metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to align campaigns with lead generation goals and market demand.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in 
    Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, and SEM
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
    .
  • Proficiency with tools like 
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console
    , and 
    Ahrefs/Semrush
    .
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative skills for ad campaigns.
  • Experience working in 
    BPO, tech, or service-based industries
     is a strong advantage.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads Certifications
     are a plus.
