We are looking for a Staff Happiness Manager to join our team.
About the Role
At Outsourced, we believe that happy staff = high retention and exceptional brand reputation. We're seeking a Global Staff Engagement & Happiness Manager to own the happiness experience of our 1,000 home-based staff across 6 countries. This role is all about scalable online engagement that builds connection, recognition, and joy across time zones. You'll ideate and lead virtual programs and initiatives that drive our eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score), boost Glassdoor ratings, and reinforce Outsourced as a Great Place to Work. From mental wellness sessions to fun online contests to spotlighting staff success stories, you'll be the person behind the scenes ensuring every remote staff member feels seen, heard, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a year-round calendar of virtual engagement events (e.g., wellness sessions, trivia, virtual games, cultural celebrations, recognition programs)
- Build and run scalable campaigns that connect global home-based staff to our company culture
- Own and monitor the eNPS (employee happiness index) and Glassdoor reviews, responding to feedback and implementing improvements
- Work closely with the Talent Marketing team to align staff stories with external employer branding efforts
- Drive and measure staff retention initiatives through regular surveys, engagement metrics, and feedback loops
- Partner with HR, IT, and Communications to ensure seamless execution of global online experiences
- Keep your finger on the pulse of global best practices in remote employee engagement and evolve our strategy accordingly
- Manages internal communication (advisory) (calamities, engagement etc.)
- 3–5 years in employee engagement, event management, HR, or culture-focused roles
- Proven success in remote-first engagement or in companies with large home-based or globally distributed teams
- Background in event planning, staff wellness, or community building is a big plus
- Bonus: Experience in BPO, staffing, or global service companies
- Creative, empathetic, and proactive mindset
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Excellent project management and coordination ability across countries and time zones
- 18th Floor, Citibank Square, Eastwood City Cyberpark, Quezon City, 1110 Metro Manila
- Hired staff are expected to report in the office at least twice a week (remaining working days are WFH)
- Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
