Overview
Call Center Agent Urgent Hiring One Day Process. Keep up to date on products, services, policies and procedures to ensure accurate information and correct implementation; take initiative to continuously enhance technical skills.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual revenue and customer service targets to support delivery of team/departmental targets.
- Support implementation of new technology and work methods to sustain ongoing process and quality improvement processes.
- Maintain data protection and confidentiality for both staff and customers.
- Support other departmental functions as required (e.g. ticketing & E-Services desk, pre-flight checks, service desk, etc.).
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
- Salary: From Php21,000.00 per month

- Location: Angeles City, Pampanga (reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
- Experience: Customer Service Representative: 1 year (required)
