Job Summary:

We are looking for three (3) enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers meaningful exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and administration. Ideal for students seeking real-world HR experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Competency-Based Skills You'll Develop:

  • Recruitment Support
    Post job openings, screen resumes, and assist in scheduling interviews.

  • Employee Engagement
    Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and maintain effective communication channels.

  • Training Coordination
    Support the organization and documentation of training sessions for staff and professionals.

  • HR Administration
    Assist with maintaining employee records and handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

  • Must render a minimum of 400 internship hours

  • Must submit a CV and Cover Letter

  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and eagerness to learn

  • Good communication and organizational skills

Work Setup:

  • Onsite – Monday to Friday

  • Location: Quezon City
