Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People & Culture team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee engagement, and administration—ideal for students or fresh graduates pursuing a career in human resources.

Competency-Based Skills You'll Develop:

  • Recruitment Support
    Assist in sourcing candidates by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Employee Engagement
    Help plan and implement employee engagement activities and maintain communication channels across the team.

  • Training Coordination
    Support the scheduling and coordination of training programs for employees and finance professionals.

  • HR Administration
    Gain exposure to HR operations by helping maintain employee records and handling various administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field

  • Must render a minimum of 400 hours

  • Must have a well-functioning laptop

  • Stable internet connection

  • Submit CV and Cover Letter

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment

  • Previous experience in student organizations or admin-related roles is a plus

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid Setup – Required to be onsite once a week

  • Location Options: Ortigas, Makati, or Greenhills
