echnical Engineers provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. The task involves diagnosing and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our business install applications and programs for our customers in accordance with Calibr8 Product Portfolio.

As a Technical Engineer, you will provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and by supporting the installation of applications and programs aligned with the Calibr8 Product Portfolio. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve seamless operations by integrating systems with SCADA, PLC, and OPC platforms for optimized automation and monitoring.

Responsibilities include onsite and remote activities for (1) hardware and software deployment installation and configuration; and (2) network and system security check.

For more complex problems that require distinct instruction, the engineer must follow an escalation matrix to resolve such issues. Ultimately, the engineer will be a person our customer's trust. The business will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical matters.

Tasks

o Deliver customer requirements that are under Project State as Full Turnkey or Managed Service

o Understand the infrastructure requirement of the customer and provide a secure and reliable solution to the requirement

o Understand the Operations and Corporate Technology Domain of each customer

o Design an As-Built Drawing with requirement specification, connection and pre-requisites

o Safely and securely deploy, install, configure, and integrate the PI Infrastructure and other C8 Products

o Configure secure data collection from the data sources to the data collected going to the PI System

o Support systems and applications during and after installation and configuration of physical resources - hardware and software programs - until the project is handed over to Support Group

o Monitors and maintains systems for the customers including the diagnosis, repair of faults and resolution of issues.

o Register installation, cases, resolution, and workaround in a Risk Registry or Risk Assessment Document

o Take measures to avoid anticipated technical issues or sees to it that the same technical problem does not arise again

o Ensure that all the tasks being carried out are as per the company's policies

o Escalate issues to direct lead or proper channels
