About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Apas Cebu City Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the call centre and customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  5. Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the same industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions
  4. A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanour, with a genuine passion for helping others
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  6. A team player with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
