About the role

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at our office in Cebu IT Park, Naga City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Providing product information and assistance to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of customer service strategies

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
