Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and file BIR reports (1601C, 0619E, 1601EQ, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702-RT/MX) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure company compliance with RA VAT on digital services).
  • Generate and analyze monthly financial statements—including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Maintain and oversee the Payment Voucher system to ensure proper documentation of disbursements.
  • Liaise with external auditors for AFS preparation and SEC submissions.
  • Provide guidance to the bookkeeper and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.

Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
  • At least 3–5 years of solid experience in corporate accounting.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine taxation laws and BIR compliance.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and deadline management.
  • Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
  • Meticulous, dependable, and willing to work onsite.
