Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist - Invoices to join our Bluedot team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that they are accurate, recorded in a timely manner, and in line with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and accurate accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Review, validate, and process invoices for payment in compliance with company policies and within the required turnaround time (TAT).

  • Invoice Matching: Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy before processing.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices and payments. Ensure data integrity and proper documentation in the accounts payable system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting or similar.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set up
