About the role

Robinsons Handyman Inc' is seeking an experienced Selling Supervisor-Offline to join our Pet Lover Centre team in San Pedro City Laguna. As a Selling Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our offline retail store. This full-time position will see you leading a team of sales associates to ensure the smooth operation of the store and maximise revenue.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Providing hands-on training and coaching to sales associates to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with the head office team to implement marketing campaigns and drive sales
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing supervisory role, preferably within the pet industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Proficient in data analysis and using sales-related technology, such as point-of-sale systems
  • Passionate about the pet industry and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
