Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front of the House Assistant at our SM Sucat branch. The FOH Assistant will play a key role in delivering excellent dining service, contributing to store growth, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of target sales through effective suggestive selling
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uphold cleanliness, orderliness, and standard service procedures in the dining area.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments using the POS system, including cash, credit cards, and tips.
  • Assist colleagues in a team-oriented environment to ensure smooth service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a positive and effective manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate
  • With experience as a dining staff (FOH)
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Open to shifting schedules (no fixed rest day)
  • Willing to commit to long-term service
  • Willing to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Maintains a good attendance record

  • Can work at SM Sucat, Parañaque City

  • Minimum Wage Rate

  • Paid Overtime
  • Paid Night Shift Differential
