Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting glass and aluminum products for various applications (residential, commercial, etc.). Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and specifications.
Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling techniques, upselling, and identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our range of glass and aluminum products, including their uses, finishes, and applications.
Order Processing: Handle customer orders accurately, ensuring they are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and stock levels are well-managed.
Product Recommendations: Assist customers with design suggestions, technical specifications, and suitable product alternatives to meet their needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations, product availability, and superior customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or construction-related environment.
- Knowledge of glass and aluminum products is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or a related field is an advantage.
