Job Summary

The Broker Network Supervisor is responsible for managing, expanding, and motivating the company's broker and sales network to achieve sales targets. This role ensures strong broker performance, compliance with company policies, and effective coordination between brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a network of real estate brokers and salespersons
  • Monitor broker performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct regular meetings, training, and coaching sessions for brokers
  • Coordinate project selling activities and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure proper handling of client inquiries, documentation, and closing procedures
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers and key partners
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards
  • Work closely with Marketing, Admin, and Management teams to support sales goals

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience as a registered Real Estate Salesperson
  • With 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., Unit Manager)
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams or broker networks
  • Background in project selling, brokerage, and real estate marketing
  • Familiar with real estate documentation, client handling, and closing procedures
