Job Summary

The Estate Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of residential or commercial estates. The role ensures that properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and managed efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the overall operations of assigned estates or properties.
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, utilities, landscaping, and security services to ensure high standards of upkeep.
  • Coordinate and supervise staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality performance and timely completion of work.
  • Handle client and tenant relations, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, local government regulations, and homeowners' association policies.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and prepare reports related to property operations and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, records, and coordination with management.
  • Address conflict resolution and community concerns with professionalism and fairness.
  • Implement safety, security, and emergency procedures across properties.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in property/estate management, facility management, or homeowners'/condominium association supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of estate and property operations, including maintenance, utilities, landscaping, and security.
  • Experience in handling client relations, administrative work, and operational supervision.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, local government regulations, and HOA policies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and community concerns effectively.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker or Property Manager (if applicable).
  • Relevant training or certification in property/estate management, safety, or facilities management is an advantage.

Work Environment

  • Office-based with frequent site visits
  • May require coordination outside regular office hours for urgent estate concerns
