JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Multimedia Officer

The Multimedia Officer is responsible for creating, producing, and managing visual and digital content that strengthens brand identity and supports the marketing initiatives of a group of restaurants. This role involves photography, videography, graphic design, and content editing to showcase menu items, store ambiance, events, and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.

Content Creation

Produce high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, interiors, events, and people for marketing use.

Create compelling multimedia content (reels, short-form videos, promotional materials, social media content, etc.).

Develop graphics for digital and print collateral including posters, menus, banners, digital ads, and in-store materials.

Brand & Creative Development

Ensure all content produced aligns with each restaurant's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize creative campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Propose fresh multimedia concepts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Social Media & Digital Support

Provide content for social media calendars and assist in executing content rollouts.

Edit and optimize media for various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and ads).

Assist with livestream production or special social media features when needed.

Production Management

Plan, schedule, and execute photo and video shoots in coordination with restaurant teams.

Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets for easy access and reference.

Manage equipment, ensuring cameras, lighting, and accessories are well-maintained and available for shoots.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with chefs, restaurant managers, marketing staff, and external suppliers to gather materials and information needed for content.

Support events, launches, and campaigns by documenting activities and producing required visual materials.

Quality Assurance

Ensure all multimedia outputs meet high standards for quality and consistency.

Review trends in food photography, digital content, and restaurant marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
